Mantova at <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />BOLOGNA – Some things to consider: Mantova has lost only four games all year (10W-13D-4L), and are currently sitting at 43 points. Very disciplined group, well coached, and one of the few teams in Serie B with a true defensive 4-4 scheme. On the road they have managed a single victory in 13 games, but on the other hand they have drawn 9 and lost only 3. Bologna has a rare opportunity to climb in the standings, with back-to-back home games (Mantova today, and reeling Frosinone next week). As I have already mentioned, outside of Napoli and Juventus, Bologna is perhaps the most balanced team in Serie B, deep at every position. In my opinion, they have yet to hit their stride, and, with the season entering the critical stage, must make a statement against a team like Montova. With 45 points, a loss or a draw will feel like a disappointment, as the other “big” two, Juventus and Napoli have relatively easier games and are expected to win their respective matches. When these hooked up earlier in the year, Bologna won 2-0, and was completely dominant at the midfield level; Mantova’s offense was exposed as lacking the necessary “creativity” to create decent scoring chances. If Bologna scores the first goal within the first half, you might see Mantova in a position in which they are truly uncomfortable with, which is coming from behind. The ball is round, and a penalty kick or red card could easily crush your play. Barring any of those negative scenarios, I do see Bologna winning here.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
The play: BOLOGNA -0.5 +106 (6.5 units)

Best of Luck,

MA

PS: For those already looking at siding with Fiorentina this Sunday, best of luck, you might needed. You might also needed if you are considering the "Over".
